Robert L. Bozell

Robert L. "Rob" Bozell, 53, Tipton, died at 6:25 a.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2009 near Rochester, Indiana in a traffic accident.  He was born July 11, 1956 in Kokomo, Indiana to Ralph L. & Lettie "Jean" (Smith) Bozell.  On April 21, 1990 he married Jean Ann Morrison and she survives.

He worked for UPS as a driver for 32 years.  Rob graduated from Northwestern High School in 1974.  He was a member of Goldsmith United Methodist Church, Teamsters Local 710, lifelong supporter of the Hoosier Heritage Trust, and a former member of Mid-America Threshers.  Rob also attended Bible Baptist Church in Kokomo.

Rob is survived by his wife Jean Ann; two sons and one daughter, Matthew R. Bozell,  Sharpsville, Erin M. Burleson, Tampa, Florida, Michael R. Burleson, Tipton;  his father, Ralph Bozell, Kokomo; two brothers, Mike Bozell, Flora, Kenneth Bozell, Hanover, Indiana and three loving adopted dogs.  He was proceeded in death by his mother, Lettie "Jean" Bozell.

Cremation was chosen as the method of disposition and his memorial service will be at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 29, at Young-Nichols Funeral Home, Tipton, with  Dave LeMasters presiding.  Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
