Priscilla Brown

Priscilla Brown, 71 of Noblesville and formerly of Tipton, died at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.  She was born on July 23,1940 in Evansville to Alfred and Jean (Penwell) Johnson and they survive.  On April 30, 1960 Priscilla married Robert E. Brown and he survives.

She worked as a legal secretary and was a mother and homemaker.  For 25 years she enjoyed showing dogs. Priscilla was a past 4-H leader and an active member of the American Diabetic Society. She was a Guardian with the Jobs Daughters.

Survivors besides her husband Robert and parents include two daughters, Pam Stazesky and husband Paul, Boston, Massachusetts, and Linda Phillips and husband Robert, Fishers; three sisters, Susie Moss, Kokomo, Nancy Shipley, Kokomo and Diane Blades, Sharpsville and four grandchildren, Thomas and Taylor Stazesky, Kristen Cernero and husband Joshua, and Andrew Phillips.

Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 1 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Wolfe presiding.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
