Julian Eliserio

Julian Eliserio, 81, Tipton, died at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at his residence.  He was born June 19, 1928 in McAllen, Texas to Federico & Tomasita (Aleman) Eliserio.  On September 27, 1954 he married Maria Gutierrez and she survives.

Julian had worked at DA Murray, Anixter Wiring and Dana Corporation, all in Tipton, and then retired from Biddles in Sheridan in 1991.  He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Survivors besides his wife include five daughters, Marie Palmer and husband Randy, Tipton County, Freida Miller, Tipton, Amelia Friel, Noblesville, Patti Eliserio and Tammy Boyer, both of Tipton; one sister, Lila Eliserio, Elwood; one brother, Frank Eliserio. Elwood; six grandchildren, Stacey Miller, Franny Friel, Justin Palmer, Jackie Friel, Tori Juliana Eliserio and Haley Elise Eliserio.

Julian's funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 2 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 340 Mill Street, Tipton, with Rev. Leroy Kinnaman presiding.  Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 1:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday at Young-Nichols Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m.
