Dorothy M. Hannah

Dorothy Margaret Hannah, 92 of Mukwonago, Wisconsin and formerly of Tipton and Carmel died at 10:06 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at her residence.  She was born December 21, 1922 in Tipton to Clarence & Nellie (Garhart) Beck.  On August 24, 1941 she married Paul E. Hannah and he preceded her in death on February 11, 2011.

Dorothy was a housewife and interior decorator.  She had belonged to the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Carmel, Indiana.  In her younger years she enjoyed sewing, gardening, fishing and boating.  Dorothy went to Lutheran School in Tipton 1st through 8th grade and she then graduated from Tipton High School.

Survivors include three sons, Paul Steven Hannah and wife Susan, Midland, Michigan, Richard Eugene Hannah and wife Vanissa, Vista, California and David Allen Hannah and wife Elmerito, Mukwonago, Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Dawn Hannah, Amy Hannah, Barry Hannah, Andrew Hannah and Rees Hannah; and five great-grandchildren, Caprice Kinder, Shelby Kinder, Austin Hannah, Dalton Hannah and Jake Hannah.  She also has one sister, Harriett (Beck) Strode and husband Kenneth, Belview, Ohio.

A graveside service for Dorothy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29 at Fairview Cemetery in Tipton with Rev. Robb Roloff presiding and burial to follow.   Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Young-Nichols Funeral Home, Tipton, and finish just prior to the graveside service.
