Lynn S. "Sue" Wyrick

Lynn S. "Sue" Wyrick, 51, Kempton, died at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at Tipton Hospital.  She was born November 3, 1954, in Indianapolis to Carl & Ila (Early) Schaffer, Jr. and lived in Indianapolis until 1977.   On August 7, 1982, she married Don Wyrick and he survives.  She has lived in Kempton since 1982.

She was a registered dietician and worked for Healthcare Services Group and had previously worked at Tipton Hospital.  Lynn was a member of Kemp United Methodist Church, Tipton, and a member of its Praise Team.  She was very active with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts in Tipton County and was a member of the American Dietetic Association.

Lynn is survived by her husband Don,  four sons, Mike, Matt, Tyler and Adam, all at home; two brothers and three sisters, James W. Schaffer, Indianapolis, Amanda Ramsey, Indianapolis, Mary Long, Lebanon, Ginny Schaffer, Indianapolis, and Ted Schaffer, Wilmington, Ohio.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Teena Marie Schaffer and Bonnie Eileen Schaffer.

Her funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 17, at Kemp United Methodist Church, 228 N. Main Street, Tipton, with Rev. Mark Ingle presiding.  Burial will be in Kempton Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home and from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Friday at the church.
