Alton Pscholka

June 23, 1938 — October 24, 2023

Alton “Al” Pscholka, 85 of Noblesville passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Allisonville Meadows in Fishers. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan to William & Dorothy (Peters) Pscholka.

Al graduated from Arthur Hills High School in Saginaw. His early adult life was spent in the U.S. Army where he sat first chair trumpet in the Army Band in South Korea. After his discharge he started a variety of different businesses. Following a significant stroke he moved to Noblesville to be near his daughter. He became an ambassador for his living facility, always ready to pour a cup of coffee or cut a slice of one of his fresh-baked pecan pies. Al’s unfailing positive attitude saw him through a number of challenges, and always made him a staff favorite wherever he stayed.

Al is survived by his daughter Kellie Sventeckis and husband Rob, Fishers and son Al Pscholka, Jr. and wife Sue, Stevensville, Michigan; four grandchildren, Alex, Alyssa, Austin (fiancé Mindy) and Angela (Ricky) and two great-grandchildren Rosie and Gino. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Irene and Phyllis.

No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, please commemorate his love of music with a memorial contribution to A Great American Songbook (https://thesongbook.org) or to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45250.
