Dennis F. Wildrick, 76 of Kokomo died at 10:05 a.m. on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Community Howard Regional Health, Kokomo. He was born on February 11, 1940 in Logansport, Indiana to Eugene W. and Elsie F. (Garrett) Wildrick. On January 19, 1991 he married Sharon A. Medlen and she survives.

He worked at Chrysler Corporation as a Machine Operator and was a member of U.A.W. 685 where he was a past Union Steward. Dennis was an avid golfer and car enthusiast. He enjoyed his pets and animals. Dennis loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also served in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon; a daughter, Denise Quillen and husband Patrick, Lafayette; four sons, Scot Wildrick and wife Beth, Flora, Indiana, Dana Wildrick and wife Blanca, Lafayette, Dennis Paul Wildrick, Logansport, Matthew Wildrick and wife Stacy, Walton, Indiana; a brother, Ronald Wildrick and wife Loraine, New Bedford, Massachusetts; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Dennis will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 13 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Holloway presiding with interment with military rites to follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
