Donna M. Legg
Donna M. Legg, 91 of Sevierville, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017.
She was a member of Fox United Methodist Church and was retired from Pioneer Hybrid in Tipton.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, John A. (Jack) Legg Jr.; her great-granddaughter, Ava; and her great-great-granddaughter, Millie.
Ms. Legg is survived by her sons, John A. Legg III and Janice Newhall of Denver, Colo. and Douglas M. Leggand Sara Stump of Panama City Beach, Fla.; daughters and sons-in-law, Melanie K. LaFollette of Maryville and Paula R. Connatser and husband Eddie of Sevierville; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several special nieces and nephews in Michigan, Mississippi and Florida.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Amy Gust for her care of Ms. Legg, thank you to Avalon Hospice Nurse Liz and special thanks to Rhonda for such caring and respect for “Ms. Donna” and our family.
Donna’s Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 2 at Kemp United Methodist Church with Pastor Gary Eberhart and Rev. Ken Lambert presiding. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service on Saturday. Young-Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
So sorry to hear about Donna’s passing. I worked with Donna at Pioneer and she was such a nice lady and a hard worker. She loved her husband and family and talked about them all the time. Prayers for all the family.
