William C. Osborn II, age 47, of Tipton died Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.  He was born August 17, 1965 in Raleigh, North Carolina to Sherry A. (Plake) & James L. Osborn.

He previously taught at La Lumiere School  in La Porte, Indiana and later taught at Boston Middle School in La Porte.  William was a 1983 graduate of Tipton High School and a Purdue graduate.  He was a member of the Masonic Austin Lodge #128 and Moose Lodge #1590 in Tipton.

William is survived by his parents, James and Sherry Osborn; four sisters, Cindy Boyle and Christy McDole of League City, Texas, Judy Turner of Amo, Indiana, and Stephanie Quear of Tipton; and a brother, Joseph Osborn of Tipton.

William’s funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. John Ankrum and Rev. Bill Boyle presiding.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with a Masonic Service at 7:00 p.m. and a Moose Lodge Service to follow.
