On November 16, 2019, Eva Jane McNeal, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at home at the age of 95.  She was born on January 29, 1924 to the late Virgil and Nellie (Mason) Hinkle.  Jane was preceded in death by her loving husband and high school sweetheart, David M. McNeal. David and Jane left a beautiful legacy of selfless love for 72 years of marriage.

Jane was the founding member of the Tipton County Daughters of the American Revolution and had a passion for history.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 7 siblings and twin newborn sons, Lester and Chester. Jane is survived by her three sons David Glenn (Karen) McNeal, Max Kenneth (Susan) McNeal, Tim Joe (Cecilia) McNeal, 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and loving nieces and nephews.  The family is grateful for Jane’s niece, Patty McKinney, who was more like a daughter to her and her caretaker for the last five years.
