Lester Boyd “Bodie” Cherry, 54 of Tipton died at 6:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Fairmont Rehabilitation in Kokomo. He was born April 22, 1958 in Tipton to Lester Freed & Phyllis J. (Barr) Cherry. Bodie had worked as a general laborer.
He is survived by one son, Brandon Everling and wife Natasha, Tipton; three brothers and one sister, Randy Cherry and wife Teresa, Tipton, Teresa Cull and husband Grant, Delphi, Mark Cherry and wife Mary Rose, Big Rapids, Michigan and Richard Cherry, Tipton; three grandchildren, Keagan, Kadan and Kelyn Everling.
No services are planned. Burial will occur at Sharpsville Cemetery at a later date.
