Lois Foote

Lois FooteLois Foote, 89 of Tipton died at 7:36 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Miller's Merry Manor in Tipton.  She was born August 18, 1925 in Kempton to John & Maggie Marie (Beard) Roe.  She married Merrill Foote in 1957 and he preceded her in death on December 22, 1960.  She had lived in Lafayette from 1966-1985.Lois had worked at CTS Corporation as an inspector and then later at Central Telephone Systems.  She was a member of Beacon of Hope Church in Tipton.Lois is survived by one brother, Phillip Roe of Tipton and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.Private graveside services for Lois will be held at Fairview Cemetery with burial to follow.  Young-Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.Memorial contributions may be made to the Tipton County Humane Society, P.O.
