Noah E. Davis

Noah E. DavisNoah E. Davis, 95, Arcadia, died at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at his residence.  He was born October 10, 1912 in Tipton to Otis & Stella (Stilabower) Davis.  In June 1931 he married Madeline T. Dunn and she died in March 1991.He had worked at Stokely Brothers Canning, Delco Remy in Anderson and as a machine repairman at Chrysler, retiring in 1978.  He was a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks in Tipton.Noah is survived by one son, Jack E. Davis, Tipton; three grandchildren, Rhonda Fowler and husband Terry, Jeff Davis and wife Michelle, and Debbie Davis; six great-grandchildren, Brittney Davis, Kyle Fowler, Cameron Davis, Ashley Davis, Chad Davis and Corey Fowler; one daughter-in-law, Dixie Davis, Arcadia.He was preceded in death by one son, Ronald E. Davis, one daughter, Joyce Ann Davis and one sister, Ruth Davis.His funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 15, at Fairview Cemetery, Tipton, with Rev.
