Norma Giffin

mNorma GiffinNorma Giffin, 90 of Tipton died at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Miller's Merry Manor.  She was born September 5, 1922 in Tipton County to Owen & May (Mason) Doggett.She worked in the office at Tipton Hospital.  She was a member of the Methodist Church, Eastern Star, Fairview Cemetery Board, and a committee at the Tipton County Library.Norma is survived by four children, Norma Jean Wolfe, Tipton, W. Gary Giffin, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Franchon Giffin, Washington State, and V. Ann Russo, of Lafayette, Indiana; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and nine brothers and sisters.No services are planned.  Cremation was chosen followed by burial in Fairview Cemetery.  Young-Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.Memorial contributions may be made to Tipton County Relay for Life c/o American Cancer Society, 2723 S.
