Rheann N. Cummins

Rheann N. Cummins 41 of Arcadia died Friday evening August 14, 2026 at I.U. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on March 25, 1985 in Indianapolis, Indiana and adopted by Judith K. Cummins.

Rheann was a people person, always wanting to help others. She greatly enjoyed her role as a health aide, working in several healthcare facilities over time. She was a 2003 graduate of Hamilton Heights High School. One would say that she had an outgoing personality, one where she was fun to be around and laughed with the crowd. She is a member of the East Union Christian Church. Often she could be found engaged with her crafts, creating a new item. As an outdoors person, she loved to ride horses and take care of her dogs.

Survivors include her children: Savannah Cummins, Noblesville, Jada Cummins, Franklin Cummins and DeeDee K. Cummins of Arcadia, an aunt Susan Cummins-Ringer and husband James Ringer, Atlanta; uncle, Buddy Sowers, Arcadia, cousins Brandon (Angel) Ringer, Anthony (Tara) Ringer and Robyn Sowers and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents, one aunt, Barbara Sowers and a cousin David Ringer.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
