Richard D. "Dick"  CageRichard David "Dick" Cage, 50, Tipton, suddenly passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1957 in Kokomo to Robert Dale & Rita Ann (Ertel) Cage.He graduated from Tipton High School in 1975.  Dick continued his education at Indiana State University and graduated in 1980.He was employed at Chrysler Corporation where he worked as the 3rd shift supervisor.  Dick was a devoted husband, father and friend.  He enjoyed following volleyball and softball, grilling out and swimming with family and friends.He is survived by his wife Pam (Coverdale) Cage; daughters Ashlee and Emylee Cage at home; three brothers, Doug Cage and wife Jaene of Greenwood, Jerry Cage and wife Melanie of Monroe Texas, and Joe Cage and wife Mary of Arcadia; two sisters, Geraldine Mahaney and husband Joe of Tipton and Mary Jo Phifer and husband Danny of Tipton .Dick was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Wesley Beaty.A celebration of life  will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, August 27 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home in Tipton, with Rev. Keith Kincaid officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be from 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Rosie Maxey Scholarship Fund through the Tipton County Foundation, P.O.
