Rosa M. Shaffer

Rosa Mary Shaffer, 63 of Indianapolis died at 6:21 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Kindred South Hospital in Greenwood. She was born August 21, 1949 in Scottsburg, Indiana to Henry and Ruby (Crowhorn) Nantroup. Rosa was a service representative for Pilot Fuels.

She is survived by companion, Don Coffin, Indianapolis; five children, Ronnie Shaffer, Indianapolis, Michelle Teague, Ft. Wayne, Marti Shaffer, Indianapolis, Walt Shaffer, Indianapolis, Aaron Shaffer, Indianapolis; 15 grandchildren, Joshua Riddle, Jason Shaffer, Christopher Riddle, Marvin Greer, Cassandra Shaffer,Marc Greer, Skylar Davis, Caleb Shaffer, Adam Shaffer, Ashley Shaffer, Jon Krueger, Loralye Williams, Austin Shaffer, James Richardson, Michael Sexon Jr.; seven great -grandchildren; a brother, John Nantroup, Galveston; three sisters, Claire Jenkins, Beanie Stout, and Tina Zirkle.

Rosa was preceded in death by a daughter, Pris Shaffer; two grandsons, Matthew Greer and Zarek Davis; three brothers, Ray, Kenny, and Lawrence Nantroup and one sister, Janie Nantroup.

There will be a graveside service at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25 at Fairview Cemetery, Tipton with Pastor John Ray presiding and burial to follow.
