Theresa L Berg

Theresa L. Berg, 68 of Kokomo, and formerly of Kempton, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026 in Kokomo. She was born in Tipton on September 27, 1957, the daughter of Floyd & Ethel (Pearson) Brown. She married David R. Berg in 1994 and he survives.

Theresa was certified as an Emergency Medical Technician, helping many people over the years. She had worked at Federal Mogul in Frankfort and with disabled patients in Sheridan. Theresa enjoyed playing games on her phone and she especially enjoyed being a grandmother.

Survivors besides her husband Dave include her daughter, Kelley Geesy and husband Ryan of Anderson; one granddaughter, Nikita Evans with another grandchild on the way. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Brown and her parents Floyd and Ethel.

Theresa’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Steve Brown presiding. Burial will follow in Kempton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until the start of the service.
