Weda KappesserWeda Kappesser, 88 of Tipton died at 2:37 a.m. Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Millers Merry Manor, Tipton.  She was born February 29, 1924 in Paducah, Kentucky to Edward & Lula (Johnson) Burnett.  On September 6, 1947 she married Clifford A. Kappesser and he preceded her in death on July 26, 1996.Weda was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Tipton.  She is survived by two sons, Dan Kappesser and wife Julie, Tipton, and Larry Kappesser and wife Sharon, Glendale Heights, Illinois; three grandsons, Aaron, Scott and Adam Kappesser; five great-grandchildren Taylor, Cara, Tia, Dani and Erin Kappesser. She was preceded in death by three brothers and six sisters.Weda's funeral will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 28 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Ward presiding.  Visitation will be from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  Entombment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, Kentucky at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 29.Memorial contributions may be made to Community Home Health Services Hospice, 9894 E. 121st Street, Fishers, Indiana, 46037.
