Wilna L. StewartWilna Lucille Stewart, 89 of LaVergne, Tennessee, died at 4:05 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2015 in LaVergne.  She was born January 19, 1926 in Tipton to George Allen & Silvia (Spurgeon) Partlow.  She married John Samuel Stewart in 1945 and he preceded her in death in 1976.  Wilna was a homemaker and a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Smyrna, Tennessee.Survivors include three children, Michael Dean Stewart, Plainfield, Indiana, Stephen Kent Stewart, LaVergne, Tennessee and Jane Alice Stewart; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one brother, James Partlow.A graveside service and burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17 at Union Cemetery in Hamilton County with her grandson, Pastor Stephen Stewart presiding.A memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Smyrna, Tennessee at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 23.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church, Attn: Advancing Fund, 890 Rock Springs Road, Smyrna, Tennessee, 37167. .
