Floyd R. Tuck

Floyd R. TuckFloyd R. Tuck, 82 of Tipton died on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Lakeland Hospice House in Lakeland, Florida.  He was born November 26, 1933 in Loudon County, Tennessee to Garrett Earl & Gussie (Parks) Tuck.  On November 30, 1957 he married Diana M. Davis and she survives.Floyd was a machine repairman at Delco Electronics in Kokomo.  He was a member of Beulah Land Church in Sharpsville, Center Masonic Lodge and the Shriners.  He enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling and any outdoor activity.  He was a huge NASCAR fan.Survivors besides his wife Diana include two daughters, Mary Gettle and husband Gary, Kokomo and Tina Head, Tipton; one sister, Frances Garrett and husband L.C., Muncie and one brother, Gene Tuck and wife Teresa, Anderson; three grand-daughters, Heather Roe, Tiffany Head and Emily Head; three great-granddaughters, Bridgette Stafford, Myranda Roe and Evy Nelson and a great-great-granddaughter on the way.Floyd was preceded in death by one daughter, Marcia Payne, two brothers and two sisters, Ed Tuck, Carrie Crisp, Chester Tuck and Sally Carr.Funeral services for Floyd will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Carr presiding.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
