I last met with Georgia in about 2016 or so. She loved to talk about her family history, as she was proud of her roots. Genealogy is the matter that brought us together late in life. She made sure I got a copy of the Moore family log cabin that stood near Windfall. I believe she had the original copy. I will remember her as a lady of great integrity and of dignity–even in the face of life’s hard knocks.

Dear Garry, your Mom has many stars in her crown from all the little ones she has told about Jesus and she may have been the first one to plant seed in thier heart. When the Welcher girls took lunch to her house a few years back she was so full of stories about our family that I didn’t know.
She was always the same no matter where or when I seen her. I would love to say “ see you up there”. But I have had back fusion and am not able to get around to much yet. She was a blessing to many people. Karen
