Rose Ella (Bigelow) Fransen, 59 of Tipton, died on Friday, October 19, 2018 at her residence. She was born on May 4, 1959 in Marion, Indiana to William Thomas & Pauline R. (Potts) Bigelow.

Rose was a bartender at the Junction Bar in Tipton. She was an avid Cubs, Indiana University, and Colts fan. Rose was involved with adopt a family, especially during Christmas time, and was a member of Alexandria Eagles.

She is survived by a son, Jody Bigelow, Tipton; a granddaughter, Madison Kay Bigelow; two brothers, Cecil Bigelow, Marion, Indiana, Paul Bigelow, Clinton, Arkansas; two sisters, Sue Bigelow, Higden, Arkansas, and Debi Bigelow, Marion, Indiana.

  2. I am so very very sorry about the passing of your beautiful Rose Bud. She was my very very good and dear friend. My heart it broken in a million peices. We had many many plans coming up that we will not be able to share with her now. I tnink of her evety minute of the day. This tragedy will take long to get over.     My aunt was a one of a kind a very special person you are very loved and missed but now you are flying high and are with many of our family members but now there is no suffering and no illnesses we love and miss you very much !!! There will not be a day that you are not in our thoughts and prayers or on pur minds love and miss you already aunt Rosie

  4. Sue: I knew you for many years in the Marion Community School System. Allen Elementary School, Washington Jr. High School and Marion High School (MHS Class 1974). I am so sorry to hear about Rose. I remember meeting your sister and thought her to be a very nice person. I really liked Rose. I send you my sincere condolences.
