  8. I will miss Uncle Jeff so much! I still can’t believe he’s gone. Family get-togethers won’t be the same without him. He has been an important part of my life since my birth and was at every major event in my life. I will never forget his sense of humor… who will tease me now about running the 3-wheeler through the bushes and into a tree?! I never heard him speak a bad word about anyone. I will always remember him as part of the ‘Three Musketeers’ that was my dad Lonnie Watson and my other special uncle Dave Law. So many fun and happy memories! I know he is with Jesus and all the family members that have gone on before. For that I am happy!

  9. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Hoover family. I really enjoyed talking sports with Jeff. Was great friends with his brother Mike. And Russell and Dolly were the best. I would only see Jeff a couple times a year, but we would always spend 15 minutes or longer talking about sports. He will be missed.

    Sincerely,
    Jeff Neff
