  1. This absolutely breaks my heart, he was my best friend in this world, we were like oil an water, but it worked. Our work was hard but we seemed to make it fun, his entire family is awesome. I sat at his Mama’s table for meals many times. Randy taught me so much about the Lord, I never heard him ever talk bad about a soul or get angry, although a few times he would have had a good excuse. I said let’s go mess em Randy, he said, no, let’s pray for em. My Buckley family has faced many tragedies over the last several years, some that would break some families, but their love and faith in God’s promise never waivered. I’m gonna miss my buddy, until I see ya again Randy, love ya.

  2. Awe Linda and family. We are deeply saddened. Randy is why our son was named Randy. When I was in school, your Randy was ALWAYS kind considerate and caring. I am looking forward to seeing him again. Prayers for the Lord to be near to you and your loved ones.

I last saw Randy at the Nevada cemetery last September when we buried our dad, Bud Richey. He had a smile on his face and gave me a big hug. He was a super nice guy. Our family grew up with Della and her family in the Brethren Church. I will be praying that you all will be comforted by God’s grace and love during this time and beyond.

  9. I have known Randy since we were children, and I don’t think I can ever remember him acting out, running afoul of rules or doing anything to shame or embarrass his family. He was quiet, reverent, mature and hard-working. He was also one of the nicest people you could ever meet, with a true servant’s heart. Randy deserves his rest and reward, for sure, and my prayers are for Linda and the family.; they have lost a treasure on this earth. You will all see him again in the sweet by-and-by!

  12. I think this world has lost a very likable, hardworking, quintessential, gentleman. I do not know of anybody who did not like Randy. I have many fond memories of having classes with, and participating in sports along side him at Tri-Central. He was a christian businessman who did good work for people at a fair and honest price. I think he will be greatly missed by almost everybody in this community. To the entire Buckley family, you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
