A mother and grandmother hold her children and grandchildren’s hands for a while and their hearts forever.

She is clothed with strength and dignity and laughs without fear of the future.”

  5. Dan, My memories of Shirley go back to you being our neighbor on Mott Street in Kendallville. She was a ball of fun! I hear her laughter when I close my eyes and she was always working on a project. She loved sewing and cooking just like I made a career out of it. Either mom or Shirley were walking back and forth with a new dish to try. What great friends you have become throughout the years!! Shirley was truly blessed to have Dan by her side all these years. Dan even up to the day she passed you were there helping her eat, A true dedicated man to his wife who I have learned to look up to as a wonderful husband in sickness and in health. Love ya Dan.
